




Alamo Projects delivered a comprehensive interior upgrade to Level 3 of Cronulla RSL, transforming all key areas including the private dining room, sunroom, restaurant dining spaces, bar seating zones and the main restaurant counter. The project also incorporated bar upgrades, new flooring, joinery installations, lighting improvements and minor structural works, resulting in a cohesive and refined fitout across the entire level.
The works were undertaken within a live and fully operational venue, requiring careful staging, controlled sequencing and ongoing communication with the client to ensure patron safety and uninterrupted trading. This environment demanded a disciplined approach to noise management, daily coordination with venue staff, and maintaining safe pedestrian pathways throughout construction.
Lighting upgrades formed a key component of the works, including the replacement of fixtures and the integration of a DALE lighting control system to support zoned ambience and operational flexibility. Throughout the project, Alamo Projects maintained a hands-on management style, providing clear documentation, daily communication and flexible adjustments to accommodate the venue’s operational needs. The successful delivery of Level 3 also led to additional works within the club, including boardroom improvements and furniture replacements on Level 2.
