Alamo Projects was engaged to deliver upgrade and refurbishment works across multiple operational areas within the Long Bay Correctional Complex. These works included improvements to outposts, staff facilities, administrative spaces and selected inmate cell areas, each requiring a disciplined approach to safety, security and coordination.
Operating within a maximum-security environment demanded precise planning, strict compliance and seamless communication with custodial staff. All vehicle movements, tools and materials were processed through high-security protocols, requiring careful sequencing to avoid disruption to daily operations.
Our team worked respectfully within active correctional zones, maintaining discreet operations while meeting stringent safety, access and control requirements. The project showcased our capability to manage sensitive environments where reliability, security awareness and clear documentation are essential.
The result was a series of well-executed upgrades that improved the functionality and condition of key areas within the complex, delivered with consistency, professionalism and complete adherence to corrective services procedures. This project reinforces Alamo Projects’ strength in operating within complex, compliance-driven and high-risk environments.
