



Alamo Projects delivered a premium restaurant fitout for OSSO Steak & Ribs within the highly regulated environment of Miranda Westfield. The project operated under a Cost-Plus model with full transparency, allowing for flexible coordination and fast decision-making during a tight pre-Christmas program.
Working within a live shopping centre under Scentre Group’s strict standards, the project required detailed planning, precise staging and strong communication to maintain safety, quality and compliance at all times. A key challenge was integrating our works with a separate contractor engaged directly by the client to complete kitchen installations. Alamo Projects managed the interface carefully, ensuring documentation, sequencing and handover requirements were met without compromising the overall delivery.
The result was a refined, high-quality dining space completed under pressure and handed over on time, ready for the client’s Christmas trading period.
